Targeto is an educational application and academic preparation platform launched and operated by DEVELOPERS STUDIOS. Targeto is designed to help students organize their studies, prepare for examinations, track academic progress, and use educational resources through a structured learning experience.
2. Our Privacy Promise
We do not sell or provide your:
- Email address
- Phone number
- Student information
- School information
- Account information
- Study progress
- Learning activity
as a product for advertising or unrelated commercial purposes.
3. Information We May Collect
Depending on the features you use, Targeto may collect information such as:
- Account Information: Name, Email address, Phone number, Login/account information.
- Educational Information: Class, Board, School information, Subjects, Examination preferences, Study goals.
- Learning Information: Completed topics, Daily tasks, Revision activity, Test/practice results, Study progress, Streaks and other learning activity.
- Technical Information: IP address, Browser or device information, Operating system, Approximate technical location, Login and security information, Error and performance metrics.
4. Why We Collect Information
We collect and use information only for legitimate purposes connected with Targeto, including creating and managing your account, providing educational services, maintaining your study dashboard, tracking academic progress, maintaining platform security, preventing fraud, and complying with legal requirements.
5. Your Email & Phone Number
Your email address and phone number are used strictly for legitimate account verification, recovery, security notifications, customer support, and service-related communication. We do NOT sell your email or phone number.

OTP Safety Policy: Targeto Will Never Ask You For Your OTP
DEVELOPERS STUDIOS / Targeto will
NEVER call you and ask for your OTP. Never provide an OTP to anyone claiming to be Targeto staff, DEVELOPERS STUDIOS staff, customer support, a teacher, or a school representative. Your OTP belongs only to you.
7. Password & Security Code Policy
Targeto will never ask you to provide your password, OTP, recovery code, or verification code through WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS, Email, Telegram, Phone calls, or Social Media.

Suspicious Link & Phishing Policy
NEVER click unknown or unverified links. Cybercriminals may create fake websites claiming your account will be blocked or promising scholarships. Unknown link → Don't click. Suspicious website → Don't enter information.
9. Official Targeto Website
The official Targeto website is targeto.in. Be careful with websites that copy Targeto's logo, have unusual domain names, or contain spelling mistakes.
10. Fake Targeto Employees & Impersonation
Do not trust someone simply because they know your name, school, class, or phone number. If anyone asks for confidential information, money, OTPs, or passwords, treat the request as suspicious.
11. Fake Scholarships, Rewards & Offers
Scammers may promise free Targeto subscriptions, scholarships, or guaranteed exam results. Verify any offer directly through Targeto's official platform.
12. Payment & Financial Fraud
DEVELOPERS STUDIOS / Targeto will not ask students to transfer money to an unknown personal account to unlock an account or receive a reward. Always verify payments through official Targeto channels.
13. Unknown Applications & Remote Access
Never install unknown APKs, applications, browser extensions, or remote-access software because someone claims it is required for Targeto.
14. Social Media Safety
Verify official social media accounts through the official Targeto website whenever possible.
15. Student & Minor Safety
Targeto is designed for students, including minors. We handle student information responsibly and apply appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
16. Information Security
DEVELOPERS STUDIOS takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, loss, or disclosure.
17. If You Accidentally Click a Suspicious Link
- Stop immediately.
- Do not enter your password or OTP.
- Do not download anything.
- Close the suspicious page.
- If you entered account information, change your password as soon as possible.
- Inform a parent, guardian, teacher, or trusted adult.
- Report the incident to Targeto through an official support channel.

Targeto Educator Policy — Teacher, Educator & Administrator Rules

Student First Principle
Every educator using Targeto must put:
Student safety → Student privacy → Student dignity → Educational interests above personal benefit, publicity, or financial gain.
1. About Targeto
This policy establishes the rules that teachers, educators, school administrators, and authorized academic staff must follow while using Targeto. The purpose is to protect students, teachers, schools, student data, and Targeto's platform security.
2. Educator Access is a Responsibility
An educator account is provided for legitimate educational and authorized administrative purposes. Educator access means: TEACH → GUIDE → MONITOR → REPORT. It does not mean: PUNISH → THREATEN → MISUSE → PROFIT.
3. Student Privacy & Confidentiality
Educators may have access to student names, classes, progress, test results, and doubts. All such information must be treated as confidential. Educators must not share student information through personal WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, or public websites.

No Publishing Targeto Information
Educators must NOT publish, upload, distribute, sell, or disclose confidential Targeto information on the internet without authorization. This includes screenshots of student dashboards, doubt chats, test results, internal admin panels, or databases.
5. No Uploading Student Data to External AI Tools
Educators must not copy or upload confidential student information, questions, answers, screenshots, or private Targeto conversations into external AI tools or databases unless expressly authorized by DEVELOPERS STUDIOS.

Strict No-Payment Rule
A Targeto educator must NOT personally request, collect, receive, or arrange money from students or their parents/guardians for Targeto-related services. Educators cannot personally earn money from Targeto students via personal UPI, Bank Transfer, Google Pay, or cash.
7. Zero-Tolerance Financial & Data Misuse
If an educator uses Targeto access to take unauthorized money from students, sell student data, commit fraud, or exploit confidential materials for personal profit, the matter will be treated as a serious violation resulting in immediate suspension, account termination, and legal action.
8. Student Credentials & OTPs
Educators must NEVER ask students to provide passwords, OTPs, or recovery codes. A teacher should not request a student's password "to check their work."
9. Student Misconduct — Report, Don't Punish
If a student misbehaves, educators must report the matter to Targeto via the official reporting process. Educators cannot personally delete a student's account, wipe progress, or change test results as punishment.
10. No Retaliation & No Public Shaming
Educators must not publicly shame students for poor performance or retaliate against students who report a concern.
11. Educator Code of Conduct
